Shipping and returns

SHIPPINGS

All shipments will be processed via UPS within 48 hours.
Once the package has been sent, you will receive it in 48/72 hours.

We inform you that any customs fees will be borne by you.

RETURNS

It is possible to return your purchase within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. returns are only accepted for: non confirming or defective goods, wrong size (not applicable if one size). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method used, within a few days.

SALE

Only full price items can be refunded. Promotional items cannot be refunded.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before shipping
